Vitacost ARO Black Series Supplements ~ Giveaway

As you may know - since I seem to be writing about it quite a bit these days - I have started this fitness program that I have really been enjoying! One of the things I've never really delved into are supplements. So I jumped at the chance to review Vitacost's new line of supplements (ARO Black Series) when the opportunity came my way! 

I was given the following products to review:

6- ARO-Vitacost Amino Plus – BCAA Natural Lemon Lime

Pre-workout Conentrate:  I notice a huge difference in my stamina when I began drinking the Pre-Workout Concentrate before my workouts. It helped me get through those last few reps a lot easier than before and I really like the pink lemonade flavor. I  can't take the full dose though or it's too much caffeine for me. I would recommend taking less if you are sensitive to caffeine. 

Whey Protein Complex: I LOVE this product. I am a sucker for Peanut Butter. It's got a great taste, it's thick but not clumpy. It's the perfect post-workout energy boost and I really enjoy it as a snack! 

Casein: Good chocolate taste, a little too thick for my taste, but this is the only Casein I've tried, so maybe that's just how it is? I've ben taking it before bed and it's like having a nice chocolate shake - great dessert :)

Glutamine: I have also been taking this post workout. I really like the taste, I have been much less sore since us
