It is not always easy to eat healthy. Sometimes I talk myself out of it before I even start :) It takes too long, it won't taste as good, it's more expensive...but I know how important it is to eat heart healthy. Taking care of your heart is incredibly important - especially if you have heart disease in your family.
So how do I make it easier to cook heart healthy? Campbell soup company has a whole list of “American Heart Association Certified Recipes” to do just that.
