Well, we had an awesome vacation (pictures to follow soon!) - but I did not do well running or working out. I only ran twice during the entire 9 days! I did wear my running clothes though - glad to have the extra layer on a super windy cold day :)
I did, however, hike at least 3 miles every day...so it was pretty active, but I just can't seem to work exercise into vacation. I don't know what it is. Hiking through 58 degree water for a few miles really worked my thighs...
Carrying a 30 lb. child up a pretty steep hike is also a pretty good workout!! At least I'm counting it :)
I'm planning on getting back on the band wagon today! Four mile run, Here I come...
I think hiking and toting 30lbs counts as exercise. No worries there! Can't wait to read all about it!
