Well, my favorite meal-time companion is my husband, followed (distantly) by my son :)
But what makes eating with A better is his booster seat. He is pretty much right at the table with us. It is easily transportable and easy to clean. A hosed it down just today (yep, they start working young here!).
For awhile we used the highchair, but really the booster seat is one of my all time favorite baby items. At the moment it also helps keep him occupied due to his buckle obsession (how long does this last?. Though recently he's been trying to eat in a chair without the booster...so it may be on the way out :(
A montage of the booster (why I think it's cute to take so many pics of him eating? no idea...).
Very cute!! We are still in the high chair, but I might have to break out the booster. And are you trying to say that you don't prefer gooey, messy, food throwing monsters to a tidy conversationalist? I can't imagine why... ;-)
ReplyDeleteYes! - I guess it isn't much of an honor to be my favorite mealtime companion - there really isn't any competition :)
DeleteI like this meal time companion. we have one that converted to highchair to booster. BUT NOW he can't sit still for 1 sec. so he is in a regular chair. Thanks for linkin up today at growing up geeky.
ReplyDeleteSitting still? I guess I should feel lucky that he still (mostly) does :)
DeleteI think we might have to look into one of these, soon. Carina is beginning to rebel against the high chair.
ReplyDeleteIt really is awesome~
DeleteSOOO adorable! We gave up the highchair before we even hit a year with the second---and now at 20 months, all he wants to do is stand in his booster. Oh my!
