National Parks

So, since I am a National Park Ranger, I think it is imperative that A enjoy parks. He has been to 3 in his short stint so far on planet earth. At a rate of one park every 3 months, he'll see every park by the time he's 98. Hmmm, I guess he needs to visit more often! I only have just over 100, so I also need to speed up my visitation.

I plan on writing a post for each park that he visits...but a quick preview of the parks he has visited in his life!

He's been to the park I work at - Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area - when he was an itty bitty guy. His first waterfall, western town, beach...I have a feeling he will be visiting this park a lot!

His second park - one of the big ones...Yosemite. Discoverd some good family spots I never would have known!

And the most recent - The U.S.S. Arizona National Memorial.

Looking through the photos I realize one thing - I carry this boy in all these parks! So not only learning for him, but exercise for me :) Can't wait to tell you more about our adventures...
