I've only been able to harvest 1 cucumber...lots of lettuce, strawberries and a couple tomatoes. There is something very cool about carrots however. You don't see them growing, and then suddenly you check and pull them out and can't believe they were hiding there. First time for carrots, but not the last.
I can't wait until I have my new amazing planter boxes. I am thinking tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, pumpkin, cucumber. Any other ideas? Corn, potatoes, cabbage? So many options, so excited.
I can't wait!
